Cobb's  Purpose was created to let people know that handicapped dogs can live a wonderful and long life! They are loving, caring creatures and are more handicapable than handicapped with love and care. Cobb has inspired many people in person and on social media to rescue dogs, some that would have been euthanized otherwise!
